1st Ever BGMC Kid's Missions Trip
On Friday the children arrived to an exciting BGMC Rally! After the rally the children moved over to work on this year's missions project: Care Packages for Soldiers, it was great seeing the children working together to give encouragement to others. Then they had a time of group games with a parachute.
Saturday morning started off with breakfast and the READY for TRAVEL sessions. Here the children had to move through a missions briefing, security and baggage claim, passport check, customs and a nurse station to receive pretend innoculations.
Once they were ready to travel, passports in hand the children rotated to five different countries. Our visiting missionaries were fantastic!
The day ended with a missions send-off!

Camp Loma Mar August 9-12 Mon-Thurs
This year there is limited space for our camps. Please mark your calendars early. If you can let us know if you are planning on bringing a group of children to a camp, please do so. We can save some places for you.
Also, be looking for any updates regarding tuition and dates, these camps are tentatively scheduled and there may be adjustments. If you have any questions please email the Children's Ministries Office.

Hello! My name is Nikki Rogers and I am the new Director of Children's Ministries for the Northern California/Nevada District of the Assemblies of God.

Purpose of our Ministry
The purpose of the department of Children's Minsitries is to support the children's pastors and workers across the district of Northern California/Nevada Assemblies of God.
The department seeks to be a resource for both the large and smaller churches. Children are incredible gifts of God. Therefore this task to minister to Children is a vital one. So our desire is to stand alongside those God has working in the harvest field. Mostly, our department is praying for the various ministries.
A variety of resources are available just look through the website and then send an email over if you have any questions or suggestions.
Some available resources: camps, training seminars, and teaching to be brought for church in-house training, curriculum loan program, resource connection, support for BGMC, ministry funds
