NCN KIDS

Inez Bayardo leads the District Children's Ministry as its director at the Northern California and Nevada Assemblies of God District Resource Center. Born in Los Angeles, CA, Inez was raised in Stockton, CA. She has attended Southwestern Assemblies of God University majoring in Christian Ministry. She began her ministry as a Children's Ministry intern at Lakeview Assembly of God before serving as a full time children's pastor at multiple Northern California churches, most recently at Mars Hill Church in Natomas, CA. In 2004 she accepted the Church Enrichment Administrative Assistant role at the NCN Assemblies of God, in June 2007 she ventured into the new District position of Children's Ministry Coordinator.

Her responsibilites in this new role include, leading a team of capable children's pastors to provide a Spirit-filled children's summer camping program that draws 1,000 annually, providing resources, training, and networking opportunities for children's ministry leaders, providing ministry events for children like Kids University, coordinating the kids missions education program, BGMC, for the Nor. Cal/ Nev. District, and assisting in implementing the annual NCN Minister's Retreat and the Connect Conference, a large lay leadership training conference.

Kelly Einsel is the Girls Ministries(formerly Missionettes) Coordinator for the Northern California and Nevada District of the Assemblies of God. She has been serving our district in this capacity since November, 2006. Prior to this, Kelly started Missionettes at her home church, Horizon Christian Fellowship, in 1999 and was the coordinator until God "increased her territory" by moving her to her current District position. She currently serves on the Women's Leadership Team at Horizon and is also a member of the District Women's Ministries Advisory Board.

Now as the Girl's Ministries Coordinator, Kelly's passion has become deeply rooted in the results of mentoring girls through Mpact Girls Clubs and Teen Girl Ministries (formerly Missionettes Girls Clubs). She is looking forward to showing churches how this ministry can be used in many ways to reach girls for Jesus. Through Mega Training, an annual Coordinator Seminar, Sectional Rallies, Evangelism events like the national sleepover, summer camps and celebrations, Mpact Girls Clubs and Teen Girls Ministries will be full of trained leaders, committed families and girls who are excited about who they are in Jesus Christ.
